It is always so much fun to collaborate with other Experts and teach new moms about different ways to support both parents and their babies,
health and wellness!
This fall season class was in Wilton Manors @4acu2restore! The office is so beautiful and relaxing. We put together a Fall Photo Booth for baby pictures, making sure that you can keep memories of your precious little one’s first Fall Fun Class
Dr Yvette, the Acupuncturist, provided ear seed therapy to the new moms, and right away, they started to relax!
Dr. Yvette has been my acupuncturist for a couple of years. She is Amazing! My daughter, who played professionally, used Dr. Yvette for knee injuries and more. With Dr. Yvette’s expertise, she was always back on the soccer field healthier!
I followed up with some breathing exercises, demonstrated a science-based Baby Massage sleeping routine, and offered tips about infant massage. Moms and babies enjoyed themselves!
We also had the honor of having Ashli Daley , @ashlithemamacoach, speak about sleeping tips and lactation. Reach out to her for a consultation. I wish I had her in my corner when I had my babies!
Anja Weinberg from Thrive from Home @a_place_for_healing spoke about how to make your home a healthier home. Anja has a wealth of experience with wellness and gave our participants lots of Home Wellness Solutions. I have myself, using Nikken products for over 20years and only have Amazing testimonials about all the products. My grownup kids also use the products in their homes!
We finished the class with art and crafts. Beautiful card, Mommy’s Little Pumpkin, with baby precious hand print!
Our next Baby and Me Class will be in February 2025 for Valentine ❤️
