Visit our Booking Calendar and check the availability of your requested event date. We DO NOT hold event dates without a deposit/payment! ALL event dates are first come, first serve.

Delivery orders do not include setup. 

Setup is an additional charge and includes the following: 

  • We set and change the color of the lights to your preferred color choice.
  • We place the wireless uplights in the designated spot, adjust and angle them accordingly, and have them ready to go for your event.
  • Once your event is over, our team will return to pickup the lights, we turn them off and place them in the delivery case and return them to our location. 

 

If you do not need setup services, keep in mind you will be responsible for the following so its best to have a designated person at your event in charge of the lighting.

  • Taking the lights out of the storage/delivery case and reading the instructions and reviewing how to use the lights 
  • Turning on and changing them to your preferred color and saving the settings on each light
  • Placing the lights in the correct spot, spacing them correctly throughout the room/space for the best lighting
  • Angling the lights if needed to get the best coverage
  • After the event, turn off all the lights, check them for damages, and place them back into the storage/delivery case within 30 minutes.
  • Follow the instructions and call or send a text message when lights are in the case and ready for our team member to come and pickup the storage/delivery case.

We also recommend reviewing the instructions prior to your delivery date, instructions are sent with your confirmation when you make your final payment.

Please note. We will show you (or someone) how to change and save the color of the light when we drop off your order.
