This program addresses  social, emotional, behavioral and anger management issues in children.  Behavior is caused by complex interactions of psychological,  sociological, economic and biological forces that encourage individuals  to rebel against societal norms. AKP teaches empathy, Coping and  Problem-Solving Skills, Anger Management, Effective Communication, and  Active Listening.

The group’s CBT systematic approach identifies flawed or negative thinking patterns, beliefs, attitudes,  & values, and changes them to positive ones. There group is open to  all school age children, age groups include: 6-9, 10-13 and 14-17
