Breathwork Journey Class

Breathwork Journey – Special 3 Week Class!
Embark on a breathwork journey with this three-part evening series. Breathwork is the practice of becoming aware of your breath and breathing in conscious, controlled patterns to promote relaxation, self-awareness and overall well-being. Gradually increase your breath stamina in these powerful breathwork classes that build weekly to help revitalize your entire being, boost your immune system and shift energy within. No experience required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. In a breathwork session you will be lying on the floor on a yoga mat with the option of using an eye mask and blanket.
Teaching Artist: Erin Dahlgren, Certified Breathwork Instructor and Vocal Performer
Class Dates: Wednesdays, Jan, 10, 17, and 24
