Camp Kangaroo is a free bereavement camp that provides a supportive and therapeutic environment for children who have experienced the death of someone close to them.
Funded by Seasons Hospice Foundation and led by dedicated professionals and trained volunteers from AccentCare Hospice, Camp Kangaroo provides a unique opportunity for campers to build relationships with one another, helping them feel less alone in their loss. Campers will receive grief education and emotional support combined with fun camp activities.
Camp Kangaroo will be coming to Broward County on November 2-3, 2024.
