The Wellington Bacon and Bourbon Fest

The Wellington Bacon and Bourbon Fest is excited to announce its return on March 25th and 26th in Wellington, Florida. Held on the grounds surrounding the Village of Wellington Promenade. The free admission event offers attendees the opportunity to taste from a selection of more than 30+ bourbons and celebrates the most loved food in the universe – BACON!

Back this year by popular demand, Bacon and Bourbon Fest producers are happy to announce the return of bourbon pairing seminars. Bourbon pairing seminars allow attendees to have an intimate taste of the world’s finest bourbons, while local chefs prepare light bites to accompany their flavors. Seminar tickets will be available for purchase on Baconbourbonfestfl.com. Interested attendees are encouraged to follow Bacon and Bourbon Fest on Facebook and Instagram for ticket launch dates.

The two-day event also features artist & crafters, an eclectic menu of bacon infused culinary delights and a collection of rare bourbons and whiskeys. The bourbon bar will feature specialty bourbons and bourbon mixed drinks. Attendees will be able to order a mix of bourbon cocktails and varieties of bourbon flights, offering patrons the opportunity to taste different brands.

Our menu of bacon and pork related dishes will include Catering CC’s Bacon garlic cheese fries and famous Jerk in a Cup to the insane Bacon Bar featuring chocolate covered and caramel nut dipped bacon and bacon desserts. Menu items developed by local chefs explore the boundaries of New American Cuisine and the Farm to Table movement to good old-fashioned comfort foods, just like Mom used to make!
