Yoga, Meditation, and Energy Healing

After a yoga class, you can enjoy guided meditation, breathing exercises, and, or sound healing sessions, depending on the day.

Meditation and breathing exercises can help improve a person’s mental well-being and reduce anxiety and stress.

Besides their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration to relieve joint pain.
