Tuesday through Saturday from 8AM-4PM. Closed Sunday and Monday. Free PCR oropharyngeal (throat swab) testing only. No rapid test. Appointment not required. Facial covering is required. Patients will receive test results in several days via text messaging. This site is operated by the Florida Department of Health in Broward.
C.B. Smith Park (Drive-Through)
900 N. Flamingo Road, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028
Monday through Friday from 8AM–5PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Free PCR oropharyngeal (throat swab) testing only. No rapid test. Appointment not required. Facial covering is required. Vehicle must have windows that fully open and close. Patients will receive test results in several days via text messaging. This site is operated by the Florida Department of Health in Broward in collaboration with Broward County Parks & Recreation Division.

Margate Community Redevelopment Agency – (Drive-Through) – Weekend Hours & Rapid Test Available

Located at the corner of Margate Boulevard and State Road 7. It is open seven days a week, from 9AM to 5PM. Offers free Nasal Swab Rapid Antigen Test AND/OR free Nasopharyngeal PCR (nasal swab) test. Appointments are not required or available. Facial covering is required. Patients will receive rapid test results within approximately 20 minutes via text message or email notification. Patients will receive PCR test results in approximately 24-48 hours via text message or email notification. All test results will be available for download at patientportalfl.com. This test collection site is a partnership between Broward County, CDR Health and the Margate Community Development Agency.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315
The test collection site at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is located in Terminal 3, pre-security, on the lower level near baggage claim. Follow directional signage. The site is open to consumers that can provide proof of travel plans to or from FLL on any airline – e.g. valid airline ticket, boarding pass or confirmed (paid) flight itinerary. There is a fee for testing at this site: $159 for a Rapid PCR; $99 for a PCR; $59 for a Rapid Antigen test. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a touch-free transaction and email receipt.
Normal operating hours are 7AM-9PM daily. This site is operated in partnership with Nomi Health, Spirit Airlines and Broward County Aviation Department. Appointments are required; for more information and to register, visit Nomi Health’s FLL weblink. Walk-ups may be accepted if no appointments are waiting for service.
