Earth Day Celebration

The City of Plantation Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting its third annual Earth Day Celebration, which will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This event will be held at Volunteer Park located at 12050 W Sunrise Boulevard, Plantation.
Our Earth Day Celebration is designed to expose members of the public to the great environmental work that is taking place in their local area. It will also give families a chance to get out and enjoy this important day with their children in one of our city’s most unique parks. This family-friendly event features music, live shows, a Kids’ Activity Area with hands-on activities, exciting rides, educational booths, as well as a Farmer’s Market.
We will also be giving away 300 trees to the first participants!
