🎓 My very own in-person comprehensive newborn education course designed to equip you with essential knowledge and practical tools to survive but most importantly confidently navigate feeding, sleep and caring for your newborn 👶🫶🏾

We will cover:
✅Newborn care basics, such as bathing, cord care, diapering, and swaddling.
✅Fundamentals of breastfeeding and bottle-feeding. including getting your newborn to latch, when & how to give a bottle, etc.)
✅Establishing feeding and sleep schedules and routines for your newborn.
✅Addressing feeding complications during the newborn period, including issues like tongue/lip ties, reflux, colic, etc.
✅Understanding newborn sleep patterns and sleep science.
✅Creating bedtime routines, managing overnight feedings, and handling naps with your newborn.
✅Techniques for soothing a fussy baby.
✅Finding support and community in your parenting journey.
