EXPERIENCE A FAVORITE SINCE 2008 : 
Join us for an all levels vinyasa yoga flow put on an upbeat music playlist with the morning sun and ocean breeze!
This class will sequence together your basic yoga poses in a fluid and invigorating way! Adventurous yogis are invited to try the more challenging variations to postures as they are offered.
Each student is encouraged to have a fun and playful practice, try new things, and celebrate a fun and energizing flow practice.
At end of class, settle into deep rest in nature and recieve a cool down aromatherapy refresher and take away inspirational card.

Class duration, 75+ minutes. After class, give extra time to enjoy a dip in the healing ocean. Arrive 8:15 AM check in and – class starts 8:30 AM
This is a beautiful wide open beach, very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all. Come as you are and receive all you deserve!

– READ MORE IMPORTANT INFO BELOW – 
BRING :Large beach towel ( or 2 ), sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on. Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability.
Sunglasses, sunscreen, bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.
We are on the beach, so stay after class and enjoy a refreshing jump into the healing ocean !
There are lots of shops across the street on NE 9th street for food, drink, bathroom, cash machine and more. All major hotels begin south of Vistamar street.

PARKING OPTIONS :( easy view map in EB description ):
FASTEST :1) Across the street from class, there is plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets. 2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.
FREE PARKING :1) The streets a couple short blocks west of the beach – around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if it’s your first time. (5 minute walk)
2) The Galleria Mall area. A nice scenic walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge (12-15 minute walk )
