❥• CACAO HEART OPENING CEREMONY : a beautiful spiritual ritual that involves consuming ceremonial-grade cacao (optional) in a holistic group setting to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration. It originates from ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions and has gained popularity in modern times for its ability to promote mindfulness, personal growth and know as the medicine of the heart. *please note Cacao is optional

❥• PRANA VINAYASA FLOW YOGA : is challenging and rhythmic yoga practice for all level. It features near-continuous movement and flowing sequences accompanied by music. It aims to return to center, and generate greater life-presence, vitality and joy.
Teacher will demo and give options for all levels to follow. Feel free along the flow to skip or modify any movements that dont serve you.

She is the owner of the Mystic Flow, which is a project involving different healing modalities to elevate your Human Experience.

GENERAL CANCELATION POLICY :Special Event Booking may be canceled 24 hours before your booking date and time. This is a self refund process. Go into tickets to process your own refund. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, excluding eventbrite fees, back to your credit card. Self-cancel booking refund will go to the credit card used to purchase.
