The expression on my husband’s face was priceless after showing off my drink making skills. I’m not usually the one who makes the drinks so it felt great putting together a simple at home date night surprise for my husband. What I love the most about this recipe is that you can pre-make a batch for endless fun, perfect for any occasion actually!
Spicy Seed Margarita Recipe for 1 cocktail
1.5 oz 21Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Infused Tequila
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with 1.5 cups of ice. Shake for 30 seconds and then pour into your glass. Optional: Rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and salt the rim. You can also substitute the salt for Tajin. Garnish with a lime or cucumber slice and serve.
Hosting Ladies Night
Gathering with my friends is so much easier and stress-free now that I’ve learned to make my own charcuterie boards and cocktails. I recently hosted a cocktail party, where we all chose which drink we wanted to make, then we made a surprise drink for each other. Figuring out which flavor of Tequila we used was a blast, we mixed different garnishes with different splashes of juices. 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Add all the ingredients into a glass and mix. Fill the rest of the glass with ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of basil.
